Quality management

Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard

Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard

Agromex has developed, implemented and maintained since 2008 a quality management system consistent with the current requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

Our system is based on 7 main pillars:

  1. Customer orientation.
  2. Leadership.
  3. People involvement.
  4. Process approach.
  5. Continuous improvement.
  6. Making decisions based on facts.
  7. Relationship management.

Each of the pillars is equally important to us, as a result of which we have created a business-efficient, operationally effective and customer-friendly quality management system.

KPI calculation and reporting

KPI calculation and reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are numerical data that allow you to assess the effectiveness of a given process by comparing it with historical data or other indicators.

We independently calculate the most important KPIs (e.g. timeliness of operations, reduction of CO2 emissions, correctness of document flow), and we present reports from these analyzes to our clients at their request.

Thanks to the fact that these analyzes are performed on an ongoing basis, we can notice positive or negative changes and take appropriate actions in time.

Agromex Quality Policy

Agromex Quality Policy

  • The primary goal is not only to meet current and future customer needs, but also to exceed them. Interactions with customers are intended not only to build trust, but also to have a measurable impact on the quality of services provided.
  • A manager should be a role model for his team, and his attitude should inspire and motivate others to act.
  • Employees are the organization’s greatest asset, so it is important that they are consciously involved in the quality management process.
  • The organization’s activities should be based on a process approach, i.e. planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of processes.
  • The principle of continuous improvement consists in constantly striving to improve processes and products by systematically introducing improvements.
  • The principle of fact-based decision-making is the approach of basing decisions on objective, reliable and documented information. This means that decisions are made based on available data, analyzes and reports, and not on the basis of intuition, emotions or prejudices.
  • The principle of relationship management is an approach that focuses on building, maintaining and developing lasting and beneficial relationships with customers, business partners, employees and the local community.
